A) Innovation for New Business Development
Here we work with organization on specific growth initiatives where we typically help them find and evaluate new products. We help them to develop the product, assess the market, the competition and the customer needs, conduct business valuation, and create a business plan and operation plans. In the process we make sure our clients understands the key value they are creating for their customers, how the key value is implemented and delivered, and how to assure sustainable competitive advantage.
B) Growth Plans for University MS Programs
With this segment we serves universities who wish to grow their Master's Programs- the most profitable higher education segment. In our approach we leverage our deep business expertise to assess the client's needs, the markets they serve, their competition, and the strengths of their internal assets. Based on the findings, we create practical and impactful proposals for growth, along with plans for marketing and deployment suggestion of the plans.
